Frequently Asked Questions

What does “early access” mean?

Kiplrn is live and working, but still young. While we are in early access everything is free and unlocked — no card, no time limits, no locked subjects. In exchange we would love your feedback. When paid plans start, existing families get plenty of warning first.

Do I need to enter card details?

No. There is no payment system yet and nothing to pay for. You do not create an account either — just open the app and start.

How many children can use it?

Up to 5 child profiles, each with independent progress, badges, difficulty levels, and avatars. Profiles are stored in the browser on the device you use, so set them up on whichever device your children will learn on.

Is Kiplrn safe for children?

We designed it to be. Your child’s profile stays in your own browser rather than on our servers, so there is no database of children to lose or sell. There are no ads and no data selling. Every request carries a child-safety instruction set the browser cannot override, and we ask for a first name only — never a surname, address, or school. Read exactly how it works, including where messages go and what the limits are.

What ages does Kiplrn support?

Ages 4 through 15. The AI, content difficulty, vocabulary, and visual design all adapt automatically based on your child’s age. A 5-year-old gets a completely different experience than a 14-year-old.

Will Kiplrn do my child’s homework for them?

No — and that’s by design. The Homework Coach mode guides your child through problems step by step with leading questions and hints. It never provides direct answers. Parents can verify this in the session logs.

Can my child use it in another language?

Yes — Kiplrn tutors in 16 languages: English, Maltese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Hindi and Arabic. The AI teaches in whichever language your child selects. We keep the list deliberately short and add languages only once we are confident the tutoring reads correctly to a native speaker.
