How do I get started?
Go straight to app.kiplrn.com and set up a profile. It takes under two minutes, it is free during early access, and there is no card to enter.
I forgot my parent PIN
You can reset your PIN from the settings page within the app. If you’re locked out, contact support@kiplrn.com.
Will my child’s progress follow them to another device?
Not yet. Progress is stored in the browser you set the profile up in, so a profile made on a laptop will not appear on a phone, and clearing your browser data deletes it. Accounts that carry progress between devices are the next thing we are building.
Can I request a new feature?
Absolutely! Email us at support@kiplrn.com with your suggestion. We actively build features based on parent and student feedback.
Do you offer school or district pricing?
Not yet. Kiplrn is free for everyone during early access, and we have not built school or district plans. If you teach and would find one useful, write to support@kiplrn.com — hearing what schools actually need is how we will design it.
